There are very few places in the world where you can experience being close to a whale, Puerto Cisnes is one of them. The blue whale's reproductive cycle is thought to begin in waters near the equator, but the specific mating and birthing sites remain a mystery. They feed in large herds between December and May, protected by the fjords and southern channels of our Patagonia, between the Gulf of Corcovado and the Strait of Magellan, and then return to the warm waters of the equator where their life cycle begins again. En AlbatroSur Patagonia nos especializamos en viajes turísticos por fiordos y canales de la Patagonia con avistamiento de ballenas en su temporada. Reservation, Payment and Cancellation Policies 1. Reserva. La reserva se realiza efectuando el pago total del programa turístico y debe realizarse por los medios señalados en el punto 3. La reserva asegura al pasajero su participación en todas las prestaciones y actividades del programa elegido. Si el valor del tour no estuviera totalmente pagado, el pasajero no podrá reclamar la disponibilidad de la reserva. Si el pasajero, habiendo efectuado el pago total, no se presentare en el lugar acordado el día del inicio de las actividades del programa turístico, no tendrá derecho a reembolso alguno. 2. Condiciones para el zarpe. El día de navegación se realizará sólo si las condiciones climáticas lo permiten. En caso de circunstancias ajenas a la voluntad o gestión de AlbatroSur Patagonia, como condiciones climáticas que impidieran navegar ese día, el zarpe será reprogramado para el siguiente día con disponibilidad. 3. Cancelación a) Cancelaciones hasta 30 días antes de la fecha indicada como de inicio del programa turístico tienen reembolso total del valor pagado. b) Cancelaciones entre 15 y 29 días antes de la fecha indicada como de inicio del programa turístico tienen reembolso de 50% del valor pagado. c) Cancelaciones durante los 14 días anteriores a la fecha indicada como de inicio del programa turístico no tienen derecho a reembolso. Toda solicitud de cancelación debe ser informada mediante correo electrónico a contacto@albatrosur.cl . 4. Reprogramación Las reprogramaciones no tendrán costo adicional mientras se realicen dentro de la misma temporada y existiendo disponibilidad de fecha para efectuar el cambio. Toda solicitud de reprogramación debe ser informada mediante correo electrónico a contacto@albatrosur.cl . 5. Pago El pago del programa turístico, puede ser realizado por los siguientes medios: a) Pasarela de pagos en la página: http://www.albatrosurpatagonia.com . b) Transferencia electrónica a la siguiente cuenta corriente:Titular: Servicios Marítimos Albatros Sur SpA RUT: 77.263.243-6 Banco: Banco BciCuenta corriente: N° 89855396 e-mail: joseraul.gomez@albatrosur.cl Las transferencias electrónicas, deben ser informadas mediante correo electrónico a la dirección email indicada en el punto 5, letra b con el comprobante de transferencia adjunto. 6. Aceptación Al efectuar la reserva, el pasajero declara conocer y aceptar estos términos y condiciones en todas sus partes, de forma íntegra y sin reservas.
